Breaking Generational Cycles, Healing Relational Trauma, & Reclaiming Your Identity

Virtual Therapy For adults in NY, DC, VA, VT, and UT.

Are you holding it all together on the outside but struggling on the inside?

Maybe you're the person others count on. You show up, get things done, and keep moving, even when you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what you need.

You might find yourself overthinking everything, feeling anxious even when things seem fine, or struggling with patterns in your relationships that you can't seem to break. Maybe you're navigating a major life change, carrying grief that others don't fully understand, or realizing that the ways you've learned to cope aren't working for you anymore.

You don't have to wait until things fall apart to get support. Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, work through what you've been carrying, and find ways to move forward that feel more manageable and true to who you are.

You deserve support, too.

Meet Andrea

Hello! I’m Andrea

I'm the founder of Cardinal Hope and Healing LLC, where I provide virtual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and major life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum.

My clinical background includes university crisis counseling and virtual student mental health services. I bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy, creating space for you to explore what you're experiencing, make sense of patterns, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

As a Black woman and first-generation college graduate, I recognize how easily caring for others and navigating competing expectations can leave little room for your own needs. My approach is culturally responsive, collaborative, and practical, with therapy tailored to your experiences, strengths, and goals.
