Virtual Therapy in Utah
Support for Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, and Life Transitions
Life in Utah can bring seasons of stress, uncertainty, and change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, perinatal challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can provide a supportive space to slow down, process what you're carrying, and move forward with greater clarity.
At Cardinal Hope and Healing LLC, I provide compassionate, secure virtual therapy for adults throughout Utah, using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches tailored to your experiences, goals, and needs. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Utah, I provide therapy to clients who are physically located within the state at the time of their session.

My Approach To Therapy
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring our work to your experiences and goals.
Therapy is a space to better understand your patterns, work through difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday stress. We'll work at a pace that feels manageable and focus on changes that support the life you want to build.
