Virtual Therapy in Virginia
Support for Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, and Life Transitions
Life in Virginia can bring seasons of stress, uncertainty, and change. You may be navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, the effects of past experiences, or a major life transition. Perhaps you're used to managing everything on your own but are finding it harder to keep up with the demands of daily life.
At Cardinal Hope and Healing LLC, I provide compassionate, secure virtual therapy for adults throughout Virginia. Together, we'll work to understand what you're experiencing, develop practical ways to navigate challenges, and create a path forward that feels more manageable and aligned with what matters to you.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia, I provide therapy to clients who are physically located within the Commonwealth at the time of their sessions.

My Approach To Therapy
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring our work to your experiences and goals.
Therapy is a space to better understand your patterns, work through difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday stress. We'll work at a pace that feels manageable and focus on changes that support the life you want to build.
